Aspen native Alex Ferreira jumpstarted his freeskiing career with a bronze-medal performance on his hometown turf at X Games Aspen in 2014. Since then Ferreira has gone on to earn to earn two additional X Games medals–another bronze at X Games Aspen in 2015 and silver at X Games Oslo in 2016. Most recently, Alex won the Silver Medal in Men’s Ski Halfpipe at the 2018 Winter Olympics in South Korea.
